All services are subject to availability. Sending a request through the website, WhatsApp, email or phone does not guarantee a booking until the reservation is confirmed by Wahoo Sportfishing Jaco or the service provider.
3. Prices and Inclusions
Prices, inclusions and schedules may vary by boat, tour, season, provider, weather, group size and availability. Wahoo Sportfishing Jaco works to keep information accurate, but guests should confirm final details before payment or departure.
4. Fishing Charters and Ocean Conditions
Fishing results are never guaranteed. Ocean conditions, weather, bait, currents, seasonal patterns and fish behavior can affect the trip. Safety decisions may be made by the captain, crew or provider.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for arriving on time, following safety instructions, providing accurate group information, and notifying Wahoo of medical, mobility, dietary or special requirements before the trip.
